This company produces the ZFS (HDZF) series products for tubular distillation type seawater desalination devices, is a low grade waste heat (such as diesel engine cylinder cooling water etc.) as heat source. ZFS (HDZF) series seawater desalination devices of various performance indicators meet GB5749 "living and drinking water hygiene standards". Device has been widely used in ship, fishing boat, homework ship and the island.
Principles
This device is to use the water by heating the heat, using boiling distillation from seawater freshwater equipment preparation. Seawater in them through heat vaporization,separation and condensation process into fresh water.
Seawater desalination devices (body) bottom heaters circulation through heat of hot water, its heat transfer to straight through heater in sea water, sea water in straight after heated evaporation, and boiling, in part, the rest of the sea rising vaporization concentrated brine formed by vacuum pump discharge, vapor rising from both sides by separator separated into condensing cavity. steam condensation cavity in the internal flow by heat exchange tube condensing cooling water pump, the coagulation into distilled water out transported to fresh water tank, not frozen gases, through the smoke tracheal path is vacuum pump and go. The process is complete, under vacuum conditions by shoot water vacuum pump suction not condensate gas and concentrated brine, make the device maintain high vacuum.
