ZYFM Series Bilge Separator

ZYFM series bilge separator is a new type of vacuum separator applied to deal with bilge water and oily water from ports and other industrial facilities. It meets both the resolution IMO-MEPC 107 (49) and the regulations,and has gained the approval of CCS and IMO. ZYFM series separator of 6 types with the capacity from0.25 m3per hour to5 m3per hour. It is composed of one class and two class separator,special pump,electric control unit,oil content data recorder monitor,automatic valve,inspect system and other accessories. The oily water is not sucked directly into the special pump of the system,this may avoid emulsification of original oily water,thus gaining a satisfactory result in 1st separator and lighter the burden of 2nd emulsified oil separator,prolong the life of equipment. The coalescence unit in the 1st separator will be provided automatic flush against blockage,no replacement is required for long timer service. With easy operation and high reliability,the automatic diversion between 1st and 2nd stage,the automatic discharge control device and other safety protection measures are adopted to meet the requirement of unmanned engine room. The oil content data recorder monitor as mating part can show the oil comment of discharged water momentarily. Whenever the oil content has oversteeped the upper limit prescribed by IMO. The equipment will alarm and return the water to bilge automatically.
