CDGD-5 Drip-proof Dry type Marine Single-phase Transformer

1、Purpose

Drip-proof,dry type marine transformer
All marine transformers are built on our dry type transformers basics of production in accordance with the technical requirements of the IEC.60076, and be approved by CCS.

2、Service conditions

1. Purpose
Marine transformers are used for lighting, power. intercommunication of isolation of power lines on ships.
2. Service conditions
l A height above sea-level not exceeding 1000m;
l A temperature of ambient air not below -25℃ and not above +45℃；
l Relative air humidity: ≤95%；
l Be influenced by dew ,oil and salt vapor ,molds;
l There are vibrating ,colliding ,during ships transporting；
l Swing with angle up to 22.5 °，shopping with 15°or below during ships transporting.

3、Structure

l Transformer are dip-proof、dry type、floor mounting type.
l Insulation class B、F or H.
l Three phase transformers are produced into three types ,include one three phase transformer and three or four single phase transformers in fit together . The transformer enclosures are made of the best quality steel plate and designed for air circulation and drip-proof, rat-proof. The terminal board and tap changing boards are provided inside the enclosure. External input＆output cables can be easily connected to the terminal board through the cable gland mounted on the left and/or right side of enclosure .
